My Commitment to Your Dog
Dogs are wonderful companions that are expected to fit into our world, a world that they often weren't bred for. My goal with every dog that I work with is to identify their innate instincts and provide the mental, physical and social needs of each individual dog.
Services:
My approach is focused on providing a safe, stimulating, and joyful experience for every dog in our pack.
Group Walks
I offer group walks starting both in the morning and the midday. The dogs walk in fixed groups, so that they get to know each other well and experience a sense of predictability and safety.
During a group walk we are busy for around an hour. We visit different locations where dogs may be off-leash. During each walk we take time to snuffle and use our noses, we have time to play and be silly and we have time to partake in activities that are enriching: a dachshund can dig, a collie can chase a toy, a Toller can swim.
Socialisation
Our group walks will help your dog to improve their social skills and build confidence in a safe and controlled environment.
The more positive interaction a dog can have within a group the more secure a dog will become and a secure dog is a happy, predictable dog.
Loving Attention
I love what I do and feel lucky to spend my days enriching the lives of dogs. Their happiness is very important to me, as is their health.
My clients have been known to recieve texts from me such as:
- Charlie didn't seem as energetic as usual. Did you have a busy weekend or is he under the weather?
-Today Bodhi had very loose stools.
- I noticed Lexi was limping at the end of our walk today. Can you keep an eye on her this afternoon?
The Cargo Bike
The Electric Cargo Bike is made in Haarlem by the company t'Mannetje. This model was made for a wheelchair and can carry up to 350kg in its bucket. The retractable ramp ensures easy access for dogs of all sizes.
Within the large basket is a seat for smaller dogs plus an open section for larger dogs. All dogs are fastened with safety clips. During rain or cold temperatures the rain cover ensures a comfortable ride. In the hotter summer months a sun cover helps to block the direct sun yet allows for a cooling breeze as we ride through the city.
Training to ride
Before a new dog can be admitted into a group I work 1-on-1 to train walking into, riding in, and exiting, the cargo bike. From experience I have seen dogs that become very anxious from the bike which creates an unpredictable dog.
The process of introducing the cargo bike should not be rushed. After 2-5 sessions many dogs are ready for the group walks. After 5 sessions it also may be clear that my service is not the right fit for your dog. Unfortunately I can not guarantee a place for every dog.
The Positive Outcomes
Dog owners who use my services often report a more satisfied and confident dog, as well as a dog that sleeps better and is generally better behaved. You will be amazed at the positive effects you will see in your dog!
Hayley knows my dog instinctively and I completely trust her to make sure my dog gets the social interactions and physical exercise that he needs. Thank you for everything you do Hayley, I’d be lost without you!

Free Intake Appointment
I offer a free intake interview in which we discuss your dog and your needs. During this session, I also spend time with the dog to assess his personality and start building a friendship.
